so this is your hobby, what is your job?

so it seems like a lot of you are older and some with wives and kids. what is ur real occupation/profession that brings in the money? the second part is how do you find time to shoot?

i just graduated from college. a lot of the material has been shot in the past few months and i am slowly posting it bit by bit. i am startin a new job soon so i wont have nearly as much time coming on here, shooting or doing anything else.

I'm currently unemployed. Was laid off about a month ago after working for almost 10 years for a very large computer company. I did application support mainly. I don't miss it, but I sure do miss the nice paycheck! I'm not married nor do I have a girlfriend, so right now I have all the time in the world to go out shooting.

It can be very hard to find time to shoot with a job and a family...but i do it when i
can...I am a pharmacist...and I do work alot...I just wish I had more free time to go
out shooting...great thread man...I am interested to see what others have to say

I am a husband and father. I currently work for a mortgage company and I am on my senior year in college. Fortunately for me...I can say taking candids is a part time job as well (although, I can hardly call it a job), since it contributes BIG TIME to my overall income.

I wish in the future I could live entirely off of candids and nn models like our friend, Satan, but with all these new laws, regulations, and my ball & chain, I really can't plan on it.

In any case, great question...I am curious about this aswell.

and i am single, so finding time to shoot on weekends is not usually a problem......

I work for a large company in the transportation business. As such, I have funky hours and funky days off (like my buddy SnappinT). I either shoot on my days off or after work (if I'm not too tired).

I would love to do this professionally...but weddings have to suck the big one. Of course, I guess it's the price you pay for getting to shoot gorgeous half-naked NN models (which of course is a lot more work than it sounds like!)

But a regular job provides more stability. Not to mention at a regular job, you have set hours, working for yourself means you work 17-20hours a day

I rather work 17-20 hours taking pics of hunnies such as Diddy, traveling, editing pics of HOT girls in underwear then sitting on a cubicle 8 hours a day, listening to people with a 480 credit score demand a 3.8 interest rate on their mortgage...lol
