Selling candid vids advice

SUp y'all. SO just seeking some advice. I'll thumbed through a few hundred posts here and sill am wondering about specifics.

I finally filmed a couple vid segments of my own and was gonna try posting on a 'pay for play' sight. Im concerned about the model release issue. obviously i don't have one and shouldn't need one. But am i asking for trouble if the age is not obvious, or if there is partial zoom on sexual areas.

That's a tough issue, and one I would talk to a legal expert about. I say that because it sounds like one of those things that kind of falls on the line between commercial use vs. journalism (reporting objectively about things you saw and filmed).

Do you have a link to the video? Kind of hard to say without seeing it. I often photography Models both privately
and in a public setting. The ones I shoot privately would we require me to have a Model Release. The public ones are
OK without one as they are posing in a public forum and giving their consent by posing in public. When you make money off
it...well I think you could run into trouble if they see it...as bikini pics dude says. Best to make sure by conatacting
someone with some expertise regarding the making money issues...hope this help a bit. Don't forget to post some of
your shots here, my friend.

Thanks for the comments astal4 and dude. i guess legal advice is the best way to go... just wouldn't even know where to begin with that. and who can afford legal advice... astral, if you want see screenshots of the vids i speak of check here. clips4sale.com. store # 38528. im kinda new to this sight. i've been going to thecandidboard for a long time. tried to post some stuff there but something is goofy with my posting abilities there... hence i came here to chat.

what really gets my goat is the fact i have a mountain of material that im not sure should see the light of day. at a job i was at i had access to the security booth. had to use my own vid. and cameras didn't work so well through the glass. it was a great chance to get folks shopping and what not. and yes. there was a frozen food section.

but again, im worried about the legalities here. especially with the indoor stuff. is there a expectancy of privacy at say a grocery store? what rights does the store owner have over your material. endless question i have!!

Public is public. Shots taken in a public forum are fair game to my knowledge!!!
We were having problems here also regarding posting Videos...let me know if it works out
for you here. No problems with the still photography though. Hope you will consider sharing some
of your work, my friend.
