id like to know if candidography is much improve/better than candidboard
or its just the same?

cO is going to be more of the best of the best.

How we plan to do that is using an advanced voting script.

We will also have a data base of all the equipment the shooters use.

So you will be able to know exactly what camera and lens the shooter is using.

There are also badges so you can be part of different usergroups. Which will then give you different levels of access.

In the past the difference was :
Co :*no uppies, db's,......
* only quality pics : no blurry / cellphoneshots / low res shots
Hence the standard was quality. Big quality.
Not that I say TCB is worse, far from that.
It was just a [slightly] different audience.

Right... we will be keeping the same rules ( no blurry / cellphoneshots / low res shots )

But the Challenges will determine what is the best.

We will can have Amateur Challenges, but I agree we don't want blurry shots.... but since camera phones are getting better and better... maybe we can have a cell phone challenge. It is just an idea.

yep ! I agree ! rules must be more severe to increase the quality ! I think quality is better than quantity.

so, no uppies, no db, no butt series (20 same pics only with butts), clear pics and minimal size for the pics.

Just one question : there will be a host for Co ? I don't see it now !?

another question Satan ! I can't edit my post : the reason I post another answer. It's impossible to see the pics now without credits and the links are putting me diredt to tcb even if I have the credits !

Yes there will be a video and picture host... the same as TCB.

The credit function is set up as follows:
- 1 credit to view attachment
+ 5 credits upload attachment
+ 1 to start a new thread.
0 credits for comments.


What links are you clicking that are sending you to TCB ? It maybe the default 404 error right now.

cO is in Beta and is not even officially open. So there are still some bugs to work out.

Just so everyone knows... I am NOT tech support.
