Independence Day Revisited

Since this is some of my best work so far, and you guys have indicated that you don't mind reposts, this was the first material I posted to TCB. I captured these over the course of two days at the July 4th festivities on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Hopefully they'll be new to someone, and this will be my first and last repost. Just kind of gauging reaction.

Hey C.B.

The sleeping Asian chick kept waking up every time I tried to get close to her.

I didn't realize it when I took the photo, but "Ding" is part of a Southwest Airlines ad campaign. Since they had just set up operations in Philly, and were sponsoring that event, there were hundreds of those people in those blue shirts!

I kept seeing the pouty Clifford girl all day. I think she just naturally looks like that, I never saw her smile.

I thought Asian chick with the bandanna and mirrored sunglasses was definitely worth a shot. We don't see too many Asian "neo-hippies" like that!

The black chick with the nice cleavage holding her hat is one of my personal favorites. I think she's really hot.

Super shots Deathtrot! Good eye man...

And JoeMac, that is just too amazing! Never seen that yet, the same girl, same day, different photogs (Actually I have but that was Nudes a Popin so it shouldn't count!)...

I've shot the same girl on 6 months apart at totally different parts of the city, and I even ran into a girl that I snapped on the street... she was working as a bartender, and I chatted with her for a bit... nice girl :)

But your & Deathtrot's pics are too funny!

BTW - We could use more of those fountain pics! (Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge) :D That is a great shot you posted there...

I didn't realize it either man until I saw this post......did you post the fountian girls in the one over at the other place?

.....your shots are GREAT man....or did I already say that.....LOL..Its really cool to see this kinda stuff......we don't even know each other yet our lenses capture the same stuff.......
