Just so you guys know I have changed my username...I was formally "ISeaU" but this is my knew name. Anyway, I was filming video at the beach today these two brazilian girls in thongs and Mr. Hero lifeguard has to come over and bust me. He was cool about it but he threatened to call the cops. I told him I was completely within my rights to be filming these girls..even with a hidden camera, and he kind of backed off. I told him I would leave if he didnt call the cops so I left. When I was walking away I saw him talking to the girls I was filming...probably telling them how he saved them from a dangerous predator, and how he would need their phone numbers. Anyway, as soon as I get my compression software I will post up the video. I think you guys will like it.

Oh and another thing...the lifeguard towers werent even occupied today and I NEVER even saw a lifeguard until he came over to me. I have NO idea how he saw me because the girls I was filming were like 10 feet from me and they didnt even see my camera. It makes me wonder. This is my 3rd time getting busted by a lifeguard and I have never been busted by someone I was filming (with my new setup). I think the lifeguards spend more time with their biniculors looking at hot girls then watching the ocean for drowning kids.

Why is it that the people who bust you are never the ones you are filming ? Too many HEROS out there trying to save the world.

Do you keep going back to the same beach? If so maybe somebody busted you before and the lifeguards have been alerted, maybe they've been given your description with instructions to "keep an eye on this guy".

Do you want me to change the iseau to this name so you can keep your posts? or do you not want to be associated with that name?

If yo go to the same spot, your asking to get caught, and never shoot close to home

Damn, NU.... I've been there, too. Not exactly the same scenario but it sucked just as much.

Tell the lifeguard I said it is o.k.You're no longer the president, Mr. Clinton. :)

If it's a public beach, you have every right to shoot what you want. It's your tax dollars that help keep the beach.

As far as your comment...there's a beach I shoot at occassionally. Granted, it's not like one of the great Florida or Cali beaches, but it's a beach nonetheless. Many times, I've gotten "leads" on some hot girl I might have missed by standing by the lifeguard's shack and looking where they're looking in their binoculars. Never fails.

when I post the video you will see that there arent many people at the beach today. but at the same time the lifeguard towers werent even maned. How the heck could this guy have seen my cam ? My cam is hidden GOOD too. (apparently not that good, lol) But I have never been busted by someone whom I was filming. When the lifeguard drove over to me he came from like half a mile away and from the other side of the pier. There is NO WAY he saw me filming from over there. The only thing I can think of is that when I first layed down some guy was looking at me kind of strange and then he left and went in the direction of the lifeguard shack. I doubt though that this guy told the lifeguards but who knows.

I almost got cocky and told the lifeguard to go ahead and call the cops but then when I thought about SnappinT and those guys I got scared. I wasnt 100% sure what I was doing was legal but most importantly if the cops came they would have arrested me for sure just to make some headlines. Even if I was found to be acting in accordance with the law it still would have been printed in the paper and I would be named as some "SEXUAL PREDATOR" roaming the beaches.

There was an arrest last summer of a guy who was filming underage girls at the same beach and I wonder if they have under cover cops there now or something. All I know if that if you cant swim then dont go in the water at Hermosa cause the lifeguards are watching the shore and not the water.

I'm glad nothing happened dude. Getting busted sucks, I would imagine it would really suck if it got that close to someone calling the cops. Can't wait for the video though.

lifeguards are usually stupid tools that want to play mr. rescue in hopes that the "vicitims" will swoon right into their laps. some good advice is to not go to the same beach so often as the others mentioned, especially if there's not much goin on
