I just signed up for an Image Shack account and I have some pictures hosted there. If I post a picture to a forum or website can someone else then view all of my other pictures that I have hosted but but posted ? I remember a site called like "PBase" or something where you could search a users entire gallery. Can you do that with image shack becuase I dont want people viewing the picures I havent posted.

I have never been allowed access to a photographer's archive of hosted pixx on Imageshack. Whenever I click on a photo, it takes me to the photo, with the Imageshack header up top as their advertisement, but I've never seen where I could go further into that person's stuff. But,,,,,then again,,,I've never tried to. Try getting into someone elses account by clicking on one of their photos, see if you can. I personally think you'll be safe with them, but we'll see what other people might have to say on this topic.

this is the internet....

any hacker can do anything they want to..its only limited by the

" do i really need to hack this doods account" type scenario.

if you dont want anyone to see whatwever you uploaded, you need a secure password protected host, and even then its not 100% guaranteed no one will hack into it.

It's like putting " the club" on your cars steering wheel..it can be compromised in minutes, and is not even a drop of sweat for a pro car thief, but it will slow down a joy rider/ non pro type thief for at least a minute or two.

I once was trying to fix somebody's broken links at TCB and couldn't figure out any sort of obvious pattern. But I didn't try for too long and I'm not a hacker to boot.

Like others said, if you want to be 100% nobody can get to it then don't upload it. But I can't see why somebody would spend any time trying to break into a photo gallery. Unless you've posted pics of your credit cards or something :)
