I kept hearing hints and rumours about this "other site" out there. Following the Da Vinci trail of clues, I have finally found my way here (actually, I figured out what to Google for after checking out the new e-zine).
I'm hoping at least a couple of you recognize me from TCB. I don't post that many pics because:
a) I don't have near the quantity that many of you do
b) I only have a 2MP camera, and I often didn't use the highest resolution settings. Therefore, my pics are usually smaller than what many others like.
I have enjoyed candid photography since high school (that's over ten years ago), and used a crappy 35mm camera back then. The results of these early experiments are best left forgotten (the Mars rovers have taken better candids than these).
When I found TCB I was surprised how many people shared my obsession. I thought I was the only freak.
I've lurked hear a couple days to get the feel for this place. I see many familiar names. I feel friendship for many of them.
What types of candids do I like? Well, not just her ass!. A series of a girl with different angles is best. And I must have a face shot! This is important, I must see her soul and personality, not just body parts!
Here are some samples of my work (all previously posted on TCB). In terms of size, this is as big as they get (my current collection anyways). I don't have a clear feeling for what is acceptable here yet. I sense there is a higher standard than TCB, so some guidelines would be appreciated.
