Yes... the last two weeks of posts here
have been lost in a dns re-assignment error...
sorry to everyone on behalf of the mods and admin here...

btw.. i had nothing to do with it
just thought it should be known

I know it's unavoidable sometimes, so I reposted my last set. No biggie.

It probably is Neo's fault. He probably was posting 10 or 15 shots of the (insert number here) gigabytes of AVN stuff he has, and it brought the board down ;)

It's neo's fault.

I knew it!
even when the cause was something completely different,
I knew it was Neo's fault. :)

Yea right dude, I fucked up. I moved it from a server that was down all the time and sending me hundreds of emails per day saying the site was down and the database is fucked up. Moved it to a server thats smooth sailing and on the ball. So your right, I did fuck that up.

The dns change doesnt make sense? your right again. I'm glad you're not a webmaster of a site, cause if you were, you'd be in a world of hurt. For all of you non webmasters that are complaining, let me explain to you how DNS works. When you have one server, the dns is usually ns1.servername.com and ns2.servername.com. The reason why you have this is so when you type in www.candidography.com, it knows to point candidography to your server. When you move servers, your dns is no longer ns1.servername.com but ns1.newserver.com. When you move to a new server and the dns doesnt get updated, the dns will point to the OLD server, which is ns1.servername.com. When the old server shuts down the server per your request, you loose hosting and posts cause you forgot to update the dns.

I'll be sure and let Chris from colo cation know that you think he's blowing smoke up my ass. If he were to host sites for you, I'm sure he'd like to know what you think of his managed server abilities.

This has been a public server annoucement.

Yea I forgot to update co's dns. I don't have it on the same domain account. But neo said it'd be ok ;)
