What is a good program or software for capturing still pictures from movies?

what kindda computer do you use? if it's a PC, all i can think of now is using windows movie maker

why dont ya jus take a screenshot of the frame(s)
of the movie ya want?
jus stop the fLik where ya want and take a pic
of the movie player screen....shift/apple/4 on a Mac

if ya cant do that, take a full screen shot
and ya can edit either of um in PS

quaLity probly will NEVER be that good
