Question

Hello everyone!

In the next time I want to make good candid-photos of nice looking girls on the streets. I have bought a new camera [Caso Exilim EX Z110].

I have one little question: (my english is not very good, but I will try) :D .

Do you have ideas how I can shoot good photos without beeing !!BUSTED!!? How and where should I hold my cam? Could you give me some good tipps?

Do hip shooting... or better yet... pretend to be a tourist and just put the camera to your face!

Don't worry about being busted. Just don't do anything wrong and you'll be ok.

my advice to new people to this hobby is to find camera freindly events, like car shows, sports, tourist traps, etc...... they are all still my bread and butter!!! :)

you could also buy one of these "Hunting Blinds"

Just set it up where you want to take photographs

( just dont do this near Berlin)

Above all else, make sure your flash is OFF before you snap a candid or you will possibly bring a lot of attention on yourself! :confused:

Now if you're in a situation where a bunch of others are flashing then fine but if you're at the cash register in an apartment store standing behind this cutie-girl and the flash goes off - not too cool!

Sometimes you have to get shot, to get the shot.

That's a pretty small cam, so just quickly bring it up and focus and take the pic, it won't be very noticable.

Also make use of max zoom as much as possible (if you have enough light), that way you can distance yourself a little bit. Another trick, position yourself so the sun is behind you, that way the sun is in their eyes.

Now go have fun and just take crap loads of pictures! :)
